Organic Janet's Holistic Living Guide

What is Holistic Living?

Holistic living is living your life from a "whole" perspective. And it's more than just focusing on the health of your body. Sure, eating right, getting enough exercise and sleep, and limiting exposures to chemicals (by choosing natural and organic products) are all important. But "whole living" also deals with the mind (our thoughts and feelings) and the spirit (our connection to something larger than ourselves) as well as how these things influence each other and the body to create overall wellness.

So how do you do it? Well for that, you'll have to tune in to our organic living Blog and Newsletters, and eventually my book, future New York Times Bestseller..."Organic Janet's Guide to Life...and other Stuff." But to get you started, here, divided into the categories of Mind, Body, and Spirit (though each overlaps and influences the others) are our Guiding Principles and Key Topics.
